We ship to all EU countries. Learn more about delivery times and shipping costs below. For in-stock products, we aim to ship within 2–4 working days, though delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in the heart of Europe, Slovenia.
Delivery Terms
1.1. These Delivery Terms apply to products purchased through the website of Neafisha d.o.o. (brand name GLR). Delivery is carried out by the GLS operator from the office in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
2.1. Delivery will be completed within 2–4 working days from the order confirmation.
2.2. Delivery times may be altered due to circumstances such as warehouse or transport company delays.
3.1. The delivery cost depends on the weight and size of the parcel as well as the delivery address. The exact cost will be specified during checkout.
4.1. Delivery is available within Slovenia and to other EU countries.
4.2. Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
5.1. After the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. The delivery status can be tracked through your account on glrjewelry.com.
6.1. If your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact us at hello@glrjewelry.com.
6.2. In case of damage or loss of the product during delivery, you must report the issue within 14 working days of receiving the product in order to file a claim.
Return and Cancellation
7.1. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by law.
7.2. If the product was damaged during delivery, a return may be arranged free of charge. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage and report the issue within 14 days of receiving the product.

8.1. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery operator or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or transportation issues.
8.2. All delivery terms, including costs and timeframes, may be subject to change based on the delivery operator's policy and the internal regulations of Neafisha d.o.o.
What to Do if a Package is Damaged or Lost
These instructions are provided by Neafisha d.o.o. (brand name GLR) to ensure convenience and protection for our customers.
1. Check the condition of the package upon delivery.
Before signing any delivery documents, carefully inspect the packaging for visible damage.
2. If the package is damaged:
- You may refuse to accept the package.
- If the damage is evident, inform the courier and refuse the package.
- The courier will return the package to us, and we will send a replacement order as quickly as possible after receiving the returned package.
If you choose to accept the damaged package:
- It is mandatory to complete a damage report with the courier at the time of delivery.
- Without this report, claims for returns or compensation will not be accepted, as your signature confirms acceptance of the package at your own risk.
3. If the package is lost (not delivered):
- Contact our customer support team at hello@glrjewelry.com.
- Provide your order details and a copy of the invoice.
- We will liaise with GLS to verify the package's status in their system.
- If the package is located, it will be forwarded to you.
- If the package cannot be found within 13 days, you will be entitled to a replacement order or reimbursement.
