We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with an easy and straightforward return or exchange process. Below, you'll find all the details you need to know about our policy.
Returns (EU/EEA Customers)
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. If your order includes multiple items, the return period begins when you receive the last item.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@glrjewelry.com with your order details and a clear statement of withdrawal.
Items must be returned in their original condition. If the item is damaged or its value reduced due to improper handling, you may be held responsible for the loss.

Refunds (excluding return delivery costs) will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return.
Defects (EU/EEA Customers)
You are protected against material defects for 2 years from the date of receiving the item. Notify us of any defects within 2 months of discovering them.
For valid claims, you may request:
- A partial or full refund.
- Replacement of the defective item.
Returns & Warranty (Non-EU/EEA Customers)
For customers outside the EU/EEA, the warranty period is 6 months unless otherwise required by local legislation. This policy does not limit any legal rights you may have under the laws of your country.
Items have a 2-month warranty against defects. Notify us of defects within 8 days of discovering them.
Defective items will be replaced or refunded if reported within the warranty period.
