You can return any unworn GLR piece within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to return

Email hello@glr.studio with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label.

Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the parcel. Shipping fees are not refunded.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once unsealed. Custom configurations are final sale.
